Return or exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the regulations issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Procedure for submitting and reviewing consumer claims regarding non-compliant goods or services”.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation of 28 May 2002 on Distance Contracts, the buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 calendar days if:
- The purchased goods have not been used;
- The original packaging and accessories of the purchased goods have been preserved and are undamaged.
When refusing the goods, the money for the completed delivery is not refunded. SIA MGS Factory refunds the payment for the goods within 30 calendar days to the buyer’s specified bank account (excluding the delivery fee).
